OUR CURRICULAM

 

ANNAMAYA KOSHA – the Physical Body 

We follow activity based learning, yoga, meditation, good food habits to ensure proper physical development.

PRANAMAYA KOSHA – The Energy Body

Child will be engaged in self- awareness in the early years by demonstrating it consistently

MANOMAYA KOSHA- Mind and Emotions 

Building a positive self image, learning to regulate emotions and establishing trusting relations with others. Children also learn to interact with peers.

VIJNANAMAYA KOSHA – Wisdom Body

The Key concepts are repeatedly presented overtime in all levels within the context of new, broader and more complex learning experiences.

Children are provided with opportunities to acquire, comprehend, interpret and present information. We follow CAFÉ goal (Comprehension, Accuracy, fluency and expanding)

We follow E-L-P-S approach (Experience-Language-picture-symbol), where children will build and connect with concrete examples.

ANANDAMAYA KOSHA – Bliss Body

Nurturing one’s inner potential is a multifaceted process that involves seeking guidance. Setting S.M.A.R.T goals, cultivating a growth mindset, embracing continuous learning, practicing self- reflection, prioritizing self care and cultivating Emotional Intelligence.
